How would you feel if you had six pack abs?

You know, we all have six pack abs. The six-pack abs appearance is caused by the structure of our rectos abdominals, the large muscular sheet that covers the front aspect of our abdomen. This muscle has a complex structure of the fascia (the fibrous tissue that attach muscle to surrounding structures such as bone), and this is what creates the tables, six aspect of the package.

The most common reasons for six pack abs are not evident in the majority of people are: a) that are covered by too much fatty tissue (fat) and b) the rectos abdominals muscle tone is not enough. However, the stomach muscles, even tones can be hidden by excess fat. And, conversely, you may have noticed that very thin people, who can not even exercise at all, have visible “six-packs, so that will demonstrate the importance of being thin in the proof of the abdominal muscles sexy. I remember a friend of mine who went to the gym regularly and developed a great looking six pack abs, only to “lose” in weeks, after a little weight.

Especially for men, the onset of the abdominal muscles toned automatically increases their sex appeal. Perhaps this is because the standards of beauty set by Forth fashion / beauty industry. Otherwise, the reason may be deeper. It is interesting that many characteristics with the legs in men and women have been attributed by anthropologists and evolutionary psychologists, the specific logical causes have to do with the “survival of the fittest”.

For example, men with tones, pronounced buttocks are thought to be considered sexy women, because, during sex, are able to push his body harder, thereby increasing the chances of impregnating a woman and transfer of their genes (which is considered by many the goal of all living organisms).

So it might be a similar reason toned abdominal muscles that are considered attractive. Achieving a six pack appearance is considered tedious. That may have to do with the fact that some of the most effective exercises to get 6-pack abs like crunches, are rather hard and can put undue stress on the neck and if done poorly.
